Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of whatmypetwants.com (the "Site"), operated by Apps 365 Ltd ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What the Site is
What My Pet Wants is an entertainment service. You upload a pet photo and our AI generates a fun, shareable interpretation of what your pet might be "thinking", along with optional AI art. Results are for amusement only and are not veterinary, behavioural, medical or professional advice. If your pet is unwell, consult a qualified vet.
2. Using the Site
- The core scan is free and needs no account.
- You must be old enough to use the Site under the law of your country (at least 13).
- You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it unlawfully.
- We may apply fair-use limits and may suspend access for abuse.
3. Your content
You confirm you own or have the right to upload any photo you submit. You keep ownership of your photos. By uploading, you grant us a licence to process the image to provide the service. If you submit an entry to the Hall of Fame, you agree it may be shown publicly on the Site and shared for the competition, and that community voting decides winners.
The photo you upload to scan is processed to produce your result and is not stored on our servers. Images we do store because of a feature you use (Hall of Fame, cards, prints, battles, meme emails) are automatically deleted after a short retention window - by default 15 days, or up to 45 days for Hall of Fame entries so the monthly competition can run. You can delete your data at any time using the tool on our Privacy Policy page. Full details are set out there.
4. Prizes & competitions
Hall of Fame competitions and any prizes (for example a monthly prize hamper) are run at our discretion. We may verify entries, remove content that breaches these terms, and vary or withdraw a competition. Our decision on winners is final.
5. Purchases & refunds
Some features and entries are paid, shown clearly before you pay, in GBP, and processed by Stripe or PayPal. Because digital items are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where a purchase failed to deliver. Contact support@whatmypetwants.com with any billing issue.
6. Affiliate links
Some links to products are affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and Awin). We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Purchases from third parties are subject to those sellers' own terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Site available but provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for reliance on any AI-generated result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. As the service is for entertainment, you use results at your own discretion.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
